Hello, stated above is my opinion. I am an avid spectator of several sports and I think that access kills sport. When I was growing up, sports was one of the most important parts of my life, I would watch football, f1, motogp, basketball, wrc, etc. Back then, sportsmen/sportswomen were thought of as otherworldly. I don't feel like being obsessed with celebrities is a good thing, but they were someone you wanted to be like.
